Main application
This machine is double-press and continuous automatically tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablet. It is
mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and electronic industries.
Features
- Machine fully-enclosed by stainless steel the turret face is specially processed. It could prevent the cross pollution. And machine meets the GMP requirements.
- The upper part of the machine encloses one transparent window so that we could observe the machine working situation.
- Cleaning and maintenance is easy. The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable. The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the Frequency conversion device.
- All the drive devices are located inside the machine to keep the machine clean.
- The hydraulic system can assure the stability of the system.
- A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punched and apparatus when overload occurs. The machine stops automatically.
- The punches and dies are also applicable to model SP19 and SP33.
